Lanolips - Triple Buttermilk Body Balm

Enter my international giveaway to win 1 of 4 nail polish bundle packs!

Hello everyone! Today I have another Lanolips product to show you. The Triple Buttermilk Body Balm* is a very rich and nurturing body balm for very dry skin, with a rich nourishing finish. It contains a triple concentration of lanolips signature ultra pure grade lanolin, milk extracts and vitamin E. It leaves a silky protective veil on the skin for ongoing and lasting skin hydration. It is animal cruelty free and contains NO parabens, mineral oils or petrolatum! It has a very strong talcum powder smell which is bad if you don't like that smell but I don't mind it plus the smell diminishes as the balm is absorbed into your skin. It absorbs really quickly by the way which I love about Lanolips. The fact they've managed to combine thick, super hydration balms with fast absorption is great. I hate nothing more than clothes sticking to my skin after moisturiser has been applied but no problems with his product! This product retails for $23.95 for 170ml (available at Myer, David Jones and selected pharmacies).

Straight after product was rubbed into the skin. No oiliness or shininess and looks as if nothing has been applied but skin feels so smooth!

Please let me know if any of you have tried Lanolips as I find it simply divine and is definitely becoming one of my all time favourite brands! Thanks for reading and see you again soon!

Hello everyone! Today I have a few colours from the ELES - Sweet Sundae Collection* to show you today! This collection is a gorgeous mix of pastels and dreamy glitters reminiscent of sweets and lollies! Application on all of them were very easy and smooth except the glitters which needed to be dabbed on! Here are 5 out of 8 of the colours from this collection.

Pistachio Dream* - A light pastel blue creme (leans more tiffany blue than pistachio green). 2 coats here.
Hundreds & Thousands* - Is an awesome party mix of multi coloured large and small hexes suspended in a clear base. This is so fun! This was 1 coat dabbed on.

Peach Melba* - is a lovely peachy/rose colour creme. This is a gorgeous colour and I used 2 coats for swatches.

Caramel Crunch* - I love the name of this! It's a gorgeous tan colour with yellow/pink undertones. Really flattering skin tone colour. This is 2 coats.

Sugar Sprinkle* - A clear glitter topper filled with holographic micro glitters and larger hex glitters. I did 1 coat of dabbed application here.

This collection is really cute and I love caramel crunch and peach melba the best! What do you think? Thanks for reading and have a lovely day!

Artsy Wednesday - Inspired By A Brand

Enter my international giveaway to win 1 of 4 nail polish bundle packs!

Hello! It's time for another AW and this week's theme is inspired by a brand so I chose Lanolips because I love the entire range of products and don't think I could live without them! Here's the look!

I painted all my nails with OPI - Alpine Snow* and on the middle finger I used a dotting tool to paint the sheep's wool. I used ELES - Peach Melba* for the sheep's face then used Orly - Black Vinyl* for the eyes, nose and legs and OPI - Alpine Snow* for the eyes as well. I then used ELES - Casanova Red* for the lips and the rose behind its ear :) I think it's super cute! Make sure you all check out these other ladies partaking in this weeks AW.

Duri - Nail Polishes (Lemon Sorbet, Voodoo & Toxic)

Hello everyone! Today I have 3 colours by Duri to show you! The official stockist of Duri products are Pink Tiger and can be found here. Duri colours are $18 and there are many colours to choose from. Today's colours I am showing you are Lemon Sorbet*; a bright yellow creme with silver shimmer, Voodoo*; a super bright neon melon that dries matte and Toxic*; an incredible eye-searingly bright toxic sludge green that also dries matte. I really like the bottle shape and brushes on Duri. They are very easy to use and I had no problems applying whatsoever! All swatches are shown with 1 coat of Duri - Rejuvacote* followed by 2 coats of colour with no top coat.

Slight VNL
So what do you think of these colours? Although it is winter here in Australia it is still relatively warm and sunny so we can get away with wearing brights all year round! Thanks for reading and have a nice day!

ELES Cosmetics - Masquerade Nail Polish Collection

Hello everyone! Today I'm really excited to show you an Australian brand called ELES Cosmetics (check out their website here) and they are a mineral make up line with healthy skin formulas and all their nail polishes are 3-Free!. They have just released a new nail collection called Masquerade and it consists of 12 colours* inspired by costumed-carnivals and masquerade balls..love it! Each ELES polish is $20 and can be found in selected beauty salons and day spas nationally. So to avoid repeating myself each colour had the same formula and I found them all very easy to use with no problems whatsoever. Each swatch has 2 coats with no top coat.

Vivaldi Blue - A stunning aqua blue creme with silver shimmer. This was a little streaky.

Baroque Bronze - A metallic bronze with a lit within look. This was also a bit streaky.

Carnivale Copper - This was slightly more orange-toned than copper IRL, like a burnt orange colour.

Casanova Red - A classic tomato red creme.

Colombina Gold - A shimmery nude gold, looked gorgeous on my skin tone.

Fuchsia Fontana - A really pretty fuchsia duochrome with magenta and purple shimmers.

Nude Contessa - A light nude cream. Reminds me of Milky Ways by Lime Crime.

Othello Orange - A super bright neon orange. dries to a matte finish.

Phantom Black - A black matte. I was very surprised and delighted to see this one dry matte! YAY!

Purple Royale - A very vibrant grape purple colour. This one was very hard to photograph but this is the truest colour (sorry about the yellow skin colour!)

Tintoretto Teal - A dark forest teal green creme.

Veronese Orchid - A dusky pale lavender creme.

My favourites from this collection was definitely phantom black, vivaldi blue, purple royale and colombia gold! Overall I really like this collection and feel it does represent a masquerade theme very well! There are some colours I have seen many times before but also some that were very unique and gorgeous! Be sure to check out their colours and let me know if you pick any up! Thanks for reading.
